Organization Overview:

负责工厂物品和服务的寻源，合同的谈判，以及采购类别策略的制定和执行，供应风险的评估及管理，供应商关系的管理，以支持工厂的业务需求。

Responsible for goods and service sourcing, contract negotiation, as well as develop category sourcing strategy and implementation, Supply risk assessment and management and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), including plant manufacture operation to meet with business needs requirements.

Responsibilities:

• 负责苏州工厂固定资产项目的采购及供应商管理，包括寻找供应商，招标，合同谈判和起草，合同变更管理，合同执行追踪等。

Lead Suzhou plant capital project purchasing and supplier management, includes – identify the supplier, bidding, contract negotiations and initiate, contract change management, contract execution tracking etc. 

• 协调本地、地区及全球资源，制定和执行采购计划

Coordinate with local, regional and global resources to develop and execute sourcing plans

• 主导采购流程，以确保简单、高效和可信赖的招标执行

Lead sourcing process to ensure simple, efficient and reliable bidding implementation. 

• 主管分配的其他临时的工作

Fulfill other temporary work assigned by supervisor.

Basic Requirements:

• 本科或以上学历

Bachelor degree in pharmaceutical industrial or above.

• 五年以上固定资产项目采购工作经验

Has at least 5 years working experience in capital project Sourcing/Purchasing

• 良好的供应商开发，合同管理和供应商管理技能。理解商业法律和职业道德

Good sourcing and contract/supplier management skills. Understanding commercial law and business ethics

• 具备较好的团队精神和谈判能力

Strong teamwork spirit and negotiation ability

• 具备较强的沟通和协作技能

Strong communication and partnering skills

• 熟练的中文和英语商务沟通技能

Chinese/English business fluency

• 能与在不同部门，不同级别的同事间建立合作关系，及影响力

Ability to network and influence across all levels of management and across organizations

• 有较强的独立工作能力

Ability to manage work independently

• 有较强的人际关系处理能力，尤其是在有冲突的情况下

Proven interpersonal skills especially in conflict situations

Additional Skills/Preferences:

• 具有药企大型项目采购经验者优先

  Experience of major capital project in pharmaceutical company is a plus
