We are seeking a Management Accounting Analyst to join our Management Accounting Settlement Team at (COMPANY NAME) in Milan.

Let's talk about the role!
As an integral member of the Management Accounting Settlement Team, you will be responsible for the off-invoice discounts process, working with the Management Accounting team, the Credit department and with Brand Sales & Operation teams.
Credit Note creation
* Ensure timely creation of the credit note for off - invoices discounts and promotions
* Schedule and manage the settlement calculation run in SAP
* Validate the settlement proposal in terms of customer eligibility criteria (amount, currency, settlement party, etc)
* Release of the calculation run to create the credit notes
* Verifying the credit notes posting in the general ledger (SAP FMS)
Debit Note registration
* Manage debit note registration for off -invoices discounts and promotions
* Manage the tracking of the debit notes received from Customers for off-invoice discounts
* Validate the debit note with the agreements open in SAP, in terms of commercial conditions, amount, currency and settlement partner
* Connect with Management Accounting, Sales & Operations to assess the debit note correctness and address any discrepancies
* Register the debit note in SAP through Coupa platform
* Responsible for reconciling the financial posting of the debit notes in SAP and Vistex
Customer Reconciliation
* Manage the Customer AR Reconciliations
* Closely work with the Management Accounting team to address any discrepancies
* Collaborate with the Credit Department to ensure all the disputes are resolved
Skills For Success
You will be a professional with proven experience in the finance department of a company, preferably in multinational environment and:
* You will have a master's degree in Management Engineering, Finance, Accounting or Economics
* Strong English command (written and verbal)
* Strong accounting background and good analytical skills
* Solid software and PC skills (Advanced in Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/COGNOS, BPC experience is a plus)
* A Team player with excellent communication skills
* Good organisational skills with an ability to prioritise
* Adaptable and proactive
