M Enterprise Administrator

We are seeking an M365 Enterprise Administrator Expert to join our team. This role is instrumental in enhancing the professionalism of our M365 platform with an emphasis on Hybrid Exchange Security Privacy and Compliance. As a key contributor you will ensure the platforms continuity policy development and translation into practical implementations. This role requires a technically proficient individual who is also comfortable engaging with stakeholders to facilitate complex organizational changes across various teams.

Requirements

• HBO level of education or equivalent.
  
• Minimum of 2 years experience in the M365 domain.
  
• Proficiency in managing a Hybrid Exchange environment.
  
• Knowledge of Security & Compliance.
  
• Comprehensive understanding of the M365 stack (SharePoint Teams OneDrive Exchange etc.).
  
• Ability to communicate the role of M365 within the organization at various levels.
  
• Experience with Power BI Agile methodologies and functional management will be considered an advantage.
  
• Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written).
  

Responsibilities:

• Spearhead the professionalization of the M365 platform focusing on Hybrid Exchange and Security Privacy & Compliance.
  
• Maintain the continuity of the M365 platform and develop relevant policies.
  
• Liaise with projects ensuring the translation of agreements into actionable steps for compliance and efficiency.
  
• Collaborate in an Agile team environment adopting a Tshaped approach to shared responsibilities and outcomes.
  
• Lead initiatives to upgrade the Hybrid Exchange environment and implement Privacy and Cybersecurity priorities.

• Location: We have a strong preference for candidates who are currently based in the Netherlands or within Europe. This facilitates a smoother transition and integration into our team given our operational locations and work culture.
  
• Visa Sponsorship: For international candidates not currently in the Netherlands we are open to sponsoring visas. However this offer extends specifically to those who have a minimum of one years experience working with a Dutch client.
