Our role will be to refresh all the athletes, volunteers, and spectators with our loved brands, done in a sustainable way, to build a better-shared future. Milano Cortina 2026 will be undoubtedly an historical event in Italy with a strong ecological and societal impact.
Our main challenge will be to deliver our beverages to more than 5 000 athletes and officials, 25 000 workforce & volunteers and +5M visitors; while making those Games a strong driver of the overall Coca-Cola business' acceleration from all angles (Marketing, Commercial, Revenue Growth Management, Human Resources, External and Internal communication, etc.).

Job summary
The Coca-Cola Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic & Paralympic Local Hospitality Manager will be responsible for leading the development of Local Hospitality concepts and programs for different hospitality targets (such as customers, consumers, employees, stakeholders, etc.) for Italy & eventually some European markets. This will require establishing a clear communication & coordination process within the Coca-Cola system in Italy to understand and manage different business needs.
This person will work in close collaboration with the Global Hospitality Director and Corporate Events Director to ensure optimal allocation of resources.
This person will report to the MICO26 Olympics & Paralympics General Manager.
Speaking Italian and English is a must-have in this role, located in Milan - Italy, Fixed term contract until April 2026.
Main responsibilities*
* Develop hospitality vision, concepts and programs including guest waves structure for different hospitality targets - employees, customers, consumers, stakeholders, etc. In synergy with the Global Hospitality strategy an program.
* Estimates Local Hospitality needs in terms of quantity (number of packages) and quality (level of experience), connecting with key internal stakeholders and Hospitality programs from previous Games.
* Develop a detailed Local Hospitality project plan for Milano Cortina 2026 and, eventually, develop hospitality packages for some other European Countries.
* Develop internal sales strategy communication and develop guidelines for request & use of tickets/packages in collaboration with Ethics & Compliance team.
* Develop sustainability strategy for Local Hospitality.
* Select and appoint a Local Hospitality agency and manage the agency going forward.
* Manage and develop effective relationships with the Organizing Committee, agencies, hotels and partners.
* Manage, closely with MiCo2026 Ticketing manager, local event ticket allocation including day ticket packages, seats assignment for local customers and staff incentives.
* Manage implementation of Hospitality Program for Italy and eventually some other European markets (including a routine to measure guest satisfaction) during Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic & Paralympic Games - transportation, accommodations, food & beverages, entertainment, security, gifts, tickets.
* Manage Local Hospitality budget in close collaboration with finance manager.
* Act as Single Point of Contact for any local Hospitality & Ticketing needs.
* Work with Global Sports Partnership & Operation's Hospitality Team to capture all potential synergies between global and local programs.
* Work in close collaboration with our Security and Leadership Teams.
*Non-exhaustive - This role will evolve over time, other responsibilities may be assigned to the incumbent who should demonstrate agility and flexibility.
Key skills and experience required
* Previous hospitality experience, ideally in the sport industry/events.
* Previous experience in event management, trips incentives or big conferences.
* Excellent organization and planning skills.
* Ability to perform under high pressure.
* Superior personal presentation and communication ability.
* Knowledge of the local Hotel/Gastronomy, transportation and catering scene, contacts desired.
* Understanding of customers and internal stakeholders needs.
* Pro-active worker, energy, initiative, coming with solutions together when flagging problems, with a flexible attitude to deal with changing priorities and multiple decision makers.
* Rigorous and high attention to detail.
* Willingness to learn, curious, import best practices and challenge the status quo.
* Strong interpersonal and networking skills, commitment to teamwork and ability to deal with cross-functional teams and projects.
* Passionate with Sport and Olympic & Paralympic movement and values.
* Fluent in Italian and English.
