The Opportunity
As a Legal trainee you will join the Italian Legal Department, within a team consisting of 4 lawyers, who work to support the global business lines operating in Italy, for a 6-month paid internship.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* You will support handling of claims, enforcement procedures and requests of information from authorities;
* You will provide day-to-day assistance on legal matters;
* You will collaborate in reviewing/updating internal policies;
* You will conduct research on legislation and case law;
* You will support the legal team on simple legal documents.
Who Are We Looking For
We look for big thinkers. People who can drive positive change, step up and show what's next - people with passion, can-do attitude and a hunger to learn and grow. In practice this means:
* You have a Law degree achieved with the highest honors;
* Dissertation on Banking, Fintech or IT matters is considered an asset;
* You are fluent in English, certification is considered a plus;
* Previous Internship experience in a Bank, Financial Institution or IT company is considered a plus;
* You are more than familiar in using of office package (word, excel, ppt etc.)
