Responsibilities
• Manage the preparation and negotiation of national and international commercial contracts• Support the Legal & Compliance Director in managing litigation activities• Provide legal advice to the company's business functions• Coordinate with external legal firms and consultants• Prepare company minutes, board meeting notices, and related compliance tasks
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in law• 5-6 years of experience in a similar role at an international company or law firm• Fluent in both written and spoken English• Knowledge of gaming industry regulations• Ability to handle confidential information• Independent and autonomous• Strong organizational and ability to work under pressure• Teamwork skills• Good interpersonal and customer-oriented abilities• Proficient in computer usage, Microsoft Office, and Internet• Full-time position
