Working context
The Global industrial Property Rights Team is responsible for managing and protecting the Company's intellectual property assets and to provide legal support and advice to the Region Italy's organization to ensure the compliance of the company's operations and business practices with the relevant laws and regulations.
Description of the internship project: IPR Administration & Italy promotions
The Intern will assist and support the team on the IPR administration processes and activities, as well as in the legal review of documents and material related to promotional activities in Italy.
Key accountabilities and main activities
The Intern will support and provide assistance on the following activities:
- Filing, prosecution and registration of trademarks, patents and designs
- Monitoring and enforcing the company's IPR
- Managing Intellectual Property issues and Brand Protection activities
- Supporting R&D department on relevant IPR activities
- Reviewing materials, documents and contracts to ensure compliance of Italian promotional activities with the applicable laws and regulations
- Ensuring accurate recording of legal documents
- Conducting legal research on relevant topics
The intern will be expected to maintain the highest standards of professional conduct and confidentiality.
Requirements:
* Master Degree in Law
* Upper Intermediate / Advanced English language level (B2-C1)
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
