Hitachi Rail is looking for an enthusiastic self-motivated KPI & Data Analystwho thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate covers a global role and is comfortable performing a wide range of tasks from administrative to strategic. The position is based in Naples, Italy.

Mission:

The Data Analyst, inside the Procurement Teams and in accordance with its strategies, defines the priorities and supports the heads of Categories in defining operational strategies also thanks to the creation of KPIs. As Data Analyst, it supports the development of Procurement by proposing different organizational solutions and introducing innovations in the field of management technology.

Accountabilities

• Create KPIs for critical management
• Maintain KPIs
• Support area leaders and categories in saving initiatives
• Support continuous improvement activities
• Improvement of internal flows
• Manage the spare parts listing process
• Supports procurement in synergy activities
• Escalate deviations in procurement action plans

Required Skills/ Knowledge

• from 1 up to 3 years of experience;
• Excellent profiency in MS Office and Power BI;
• Excellent profiency in English language (written and spoken);
• travel percentage flexibility: up to 45%;
• Procative mindset and team work skills

Education/Qualifications

• Master Degree in Data Analyst or Engineer
