Description Your opportunityReportingtoour Personnel Administration & Payroll Manageryou will work in a very inclusive and qualifiedteam. Our office manages all the Brands within the Group: you will have the chance of working with a wide range of Companies and diverse CCNL in an international and innovative environment.How youwillcontributeYou will take care of administrative processes, analysisand requests fora dedicated portfolio of Kering Brands by managing:communications and contract variationspersonnel data flow controlling and reportspersonnel presences (illnesses, accidents, holidays, leave, maternity leave) data control and managementanalysis and reports through our IT systemsrelations with our payroll provider employees’ benefits(health insurance, post retirement funds etc.)Who you areA brilliant university graduate either in Economics or in HR administration fieldYou have proven experience in payroll and personnel administration in an international environmentYou have experience in payroll processes and personnel administrationAdvanced MS Office user; knowledge ofZucchetti and AS400will be a plusYou are a team player with high energy and organizational skillsYou are fluent in Italian and EnglishWhy work with us? This is an excellent opportunity to join the Kering adventure in a moment of extraordinary growth, and become part of a dynamic team in a global Luxury group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
