Forma di lavoroRINA is currently recruiting for a Junior Tender/Proposal Manager - R&I Energy Field to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Green Energy Solutions Division.
Mission
This role focuses on the project management of international industrial Tender and R&D proposal, focused on power generation, renewable sources, energy efficiency and smart power grid management.
Key Accountabilities
The selected candidate will be part of the Energy Innovation Strategic Centre Team which is mainly exposed to R&D projects and innovation activities.
You will:
- Manage or support the management of industrial and R&D tender and proposal, in the field of power generation (renewable energy and its integration in new sectors), decarbonization & energy transition, power grid development
- Contribute to the creation of new opportunities and the preparation of new proposals in the framework of international R&D programmes and industrial needs
- Contribute to the growth of RINA’s network of R&D partners in the field of innovation
- Contribute to RINA’s activities of technical development, in the framework of industrial projects also interacting with international partners.

Skills and Education
- Degree in energy/electrical/mechanical(chimical/management engineering
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Excellent reporting skills both verbal and written
- Capacity to conduct research, organize work and produce results
- Good attitude to teamwork
