The candidate will join the Logistics team, based in Venice (Marghera).
Main Responsabilities
* Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, implementation, and monitoring of logistics projects under the guidance of senior team members.
* Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations summarizing project progress, key findings, and recommendations for stakeholders.
* Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies in logistics workflows and propose solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of project plans, schedules, action items, and meeting minutes to ensure transparency and accountability.
* Communication: Facilitate communication among project team members to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
* Support: Provide operational support as needed to ensure the successful completion of logistics projects.
Key requirements
* Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management or related field.
* Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
* Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment.
