Junior Product Owner

With a strong foothold in the Italian market, we serve some of the most prominent banks in the country.  

We are now seeking a Junior Product Owner to join our team and support the optimization and further development of our products. Reporting to the Senior Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in assisting with product management activities for our Banking offerings and our new Real Estate product. 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Requirements Gathering and Translation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into actionable insights for product development. 
• Functional Specifications: Write clear and concise functional specifications to guide the development team in building robust and user-friendly products. 
• Customer-Centric Approach: Adopt a customer-centric approach to identify and prioritize clients' needs, ensuring that our products effectively address market demands. 
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data analytics to make informed product decisions, leveraging insights to enhance product features and functionality. 

• 2+ years’ experience in product management or a related role (within the Fintech or Real Estate sectors will be a plus). 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tasks. 
• Ability to design Mockups, prototypes and Navigation flows. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. 
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. 
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and product management tools is desirable.
