• Support Head of Supplier Management• Reach out to existing and new suppliers• Identify new sources in participating countries• Assist in product selection and negotiations• Coordinate quality checks and compliance• Analyze post-campaign performance of suppliers• Stay updated on sourcing insights and innovations• Generate reports and analyses on supplier KPIs• Evaluate product performance and contribute to strategies• Prepare reports and presentations for management
Requirements
• Fluency in English, Italian, and German• 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint• Exceptional analytical and numerical skills• Proven problem-solving abilities• "Out of the box" thinking• Self-motivated and well-organized• Ability to build and manage relationships• Interest in innovation and emerging trends• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
