Junior Officer - Talent Selection Team

We are looking for a Junior Officer to work in the Talent Selection Team of HUCAP Unit.

Responsabilità

• Support policy design and coordination of processes including onboarding, performance management and promotion;
• Manage interaction with the different HR functions;
• Analyze data and HR metrics.

• Excellent knowledge of English (at least C1 level); 
• At least 1 year of relevant HR working experience in talent management and performance management;
• Good knowledge of HR principles;
• Hands-on experience in HR data analysis; 
• Behavioural competencies: working with others, cooperation as well as ability to work autonomously; learning agility; problem solving; priority setting and planning.

Assignment: initial contract of 3 months, with possibility of extensions. Expected duration of assignment 12 months. 

Salary: approx €3400 per month before taxes.

Work modalities: Office work is required on at least 2 days per week. Remote work is possible within 2 hours from Parma for the remaining days.
