We are looking for a JUNIOR LOYALTY ANALYST based in Rome working within the Italian Marketing Team.
Are you a creative person? Do you enjoy extracting insights from data?? Are you curious about addressing strategic problems and finding business solutions through various mailing strategies based on different databases? Would you like to work in a dynamic and strategic team?
If your answer is “yes”, then we are looking for you and we believe Younited and the Marketing Team is the perfect fit for you!
What you can expect:
- You will be part of a central operations and strategy team, with the key role of implementing and uploading AdHoc communications to clients and prospects
- You will collaborate regularly with the local marketing teams in Paris, Barcelona and Munich
- You will have to focus on optimising mailing KPIs in order to improve them, do AB tests and plan together with the whole Loyalty team the editorial plans for the following quarters
It’s a match if you have…
- Previous experience of max 6-12 moths in a similar role or if it's your first work experience, don't worry, if you're talented and motivated, we'll train you!
- Master’s in economics or correlated fields (quantitative oriented)??????
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office programs and advanced Excel skills ?
- Ability to use design tools ( e.g. Figma , Canva, Photoshop).
- Ability to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing ?
- Ability to analyze information and use logic to address work-related issues and problems ???
- Mentally agile and flexible approach ?
Would be a plus:
Ability to use HTML or JavaScript language?
Experience in data visualization (e.g., Power Bi )
