About the Company: for a global player in the live Entertainment field, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for 1 Junior IT Support Specialist.
Core Responsibilities:
The IT Support Specialist will support all daily activities related to the management of IT net and structures, devices and software of offices in Milan Headquarters.
- Support and manage with the installation of new hardware and software of employees and of the office
- Support and manage installation and maintenance of the already existing hardware/software infrastructure
- Support the daily activities of our users.
Job requirements
Must Have:
- Ability to diagnose problems and to deal with Mac and Microsoft systems, printers and smartphones management, mail systems, DropBox etc.
- Proven track record of Helpdesk activities
- Multitasking attitude
- Very good communication skills (in order to deal with internal and external customers)
- Knowledge of Gmail, Mail management and related groups, network fundamentals and knowledge of the basic software packages
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and interpersonal skills
- Good English, knowledge of other foreign languages is appreciated
