Context and Purpose of the job 
You will join the Women’s Fashion Design Department and, in particular, you will be part of the Women’s Ready To Wear team of our brand EA7.
As a Fashion Designer, you will play a key role in conceptualizing and developing new clothing sportswear collections that resonate with our target audience. You will collaborate closely with the design team and other departments to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and style. 
 
Responsibilities

• Research trends through the analysis and identification of trends and moods relating to the season
• Design, freehand and with the support of dedicated software, the women's clothing sportswear collection 
• Create the technical sheets of the garments for the transition to Product Development with Photoshop/Illustrator
• Collaboration and exchange of information with the entire designer team to ensure consistency between the various product categories of the line

 
 
Requirements
 
 Must Have Skills

• Degree in Fashion Design with specialization in the women's clothing category
• Previous experience of 1/2 years
• Good freehand drawing ability
• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Indesign
• Fluent in Italian and English 

     Nice to have skills 

• Passion and curiosity for the fashion and/or sports sector
• Precision and orientation to details
• Excellent ability to work in team
