Job Description:
What will you take care of?
As a Credit Controller you will take care of the Customer prices administration. In details you will take care of:
* Analysis of credit worthiness
* Credit limits
* Check and approval of purchase order according to customer-specific standards or project specific contracts
* Processing of warranty claim credit notes/invoices
* Accounts receivable management
* Monitoring of accounts
* Allocation of deviations to GB
* Clarification of deviations/issues
* Credit/debit note for external customers
* Invoicing of special revenue (including tooling, application and calibration costs, logistics)
* Support of general / non project specific customer requirements (e.g. logistics)
* Documentation and training for customer specific and regional required procedures (e.g Logistics)
* Customer master data management support.
Qualifications:
What distinguishes you?
* Master degree in Economics
* You are flexible, goal oriented and a great team-player.
* You master the Office Suite (PPT and Excel) and have an intermediate knowledge of SAP.
* 1-2 years of experience in Accounting
