Adecco Italia spa, Milano Contact Center, is looking for a Junior Client Advisor Corporate.
Our client company is seeking a young talented candidate to join through their Professional Graduate Programme their Corporate Segment based in Mantova. This is a fantastic opportunity to begin or progress your career in a specialised area of the insurance sector.
This is a 6-month internship, aimed at hiring at the end of the training period, with an apprenticeship contract of 2/3 years.
Working hours: full time, from 9 am to 6 pm, in hybrid mode (3 days per week in presence + 2 days per week smart working, for a total of 9 days per month of smart working ).
We will count on you to:
Be a great communicator and a relationship builder. Every day you will interact with client and you will help them solving their risk management issue;
Be a great team player. You'll work together with client executive and other colleagues specialized in particular coverages;
Assess client's risk profile and understand what they lack in order to expand the existing client portfolio;
Coordinate with carriers, underwriters and client teams to provide cohesive client service;
Assist in the management of submitting coverage specifications and obtains quotations from carriers.
Host and organize client and insurer meetings in conjunction with specialist broker and client service teams
Strive to deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions for all clients.
What you need to have:
University Degree, preferably in Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law or similar, achieved within the last 12 months or close to obtaining and a brilliant academic path;
Fluency in English and Italian;
Consolidated advanced skills in using the main IT-tools (especially Microsoft Office Package: Word, Excel and Powerpoint).
