We are currently seeking a Wholesale/ Back Office Multi Brand Showroom Junior Associateto join the wholesale department.
This role will support the team in the following:

Key responsibilities:
- Logistic organization of the Fashion Showroom (Milan and Paris) (to support and supervise the logistic staff, Catering and the team of sales specialists)
- Wholesale Team support during markets (before, during and after the appointments);enter and update customer datas & orders
- Confirming Orders with customers after market and assist business analyst during day-to-day reporting.
- Elaborating End of Season Reports to provide to the brands after sales datas
- Following the miscellaneous ATS (reorders), SWAPS & Coordinate replenishment suggestions in liaison with the Brands and the Wholesales Managers.
- Managing Payments, shipments and admin related tasks together with the Wholesale Managers and the Accounting.

Key Skills & Requirements:
- Fluency in French (mandatory) and English
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Proficiency in data management tool knowledge
- Excellent time management and follow up skills.
- Excellent organization and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving mindset.
