Junior Accounting & Administration Specialist (M/F)

We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as a
Junior Accounting & Administration Specialist (M/F)
 
In this exciting role, you'll gain valuable experience in accounting fundamentals and office administration tasks.
This role will report to the Business Administration Manager and over the time became responsible for Accounting activities such as accounts payable & receivable, bank reconciliations, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance etc.
 
Responsibilities
Process accounts payable and receivable transactions
Reconcile bank statements and accounts
Prepare journal entries and maintain accurate general ledger records
Assist with month-end closing procedures
Qualifications:
high school diploma or equivalent in Accounting or related field
Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
Minimum accounting experience it’s a plus 
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software suite especially Excel
Good knowledge of English, Italian.  
It's a on-site full time position, located in Cavaion Veronese (VR)
