We are looking for a JR Project Engineer who will work within a team of Engineers and Designers gaining extensive experience in all aspects of the design of Oil & Gas high pressure, flow controlling devices.
Responsabilità:
Key responsibilities:
- Developing product designs, BOMs and developing the required production documents (i.e. instructions, procedures, specifications and drawings)
- Run Hand calculation for valve and actuator components
- Preparation of all related documentation for customer sales orders, including but not limited to, material specifications, assembly and testing procedure, validation and qualification procedures, shipping and handling procedures, IOMs
- Document design analysis and review to the company's design standards or other industry codes, standards and specifications and customer design requirements as applicable
- Reviewing vedors' product offerings to assess their suitability for inclusion within Company Productus
Requirements:
- A master in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline is required
- Ansys finite element software or equivalent
- Inventor or similar 3D modeling cad
- Stress Analysis knowledge
- Machining and welding processes knowledge
- Knowledge of metallic materials properties and fabrication processes
- Knowledge of machining processes is desirable
- A good understanding of engineering physics
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Previous work experiences in similar role or in Oil & Gas Company is a plus
