IT SUPPORT SPECIALISTProviding helpdesk support to usersMonitoring and improving the technological infrastructure

Responsibilities
• Providing helpdesk support for hardware and software issues• Handling escalation towards suppliers when unable to solve problems independently• Monitoring the correct functioning of the technological infrastructure• Proposing improvements to the infrastructure
Requirements
• Diploma in Informatica• 3-5 years of previous experience• Knowledge of Windows operating systems (Desktop and Server)• Knowledge of Microsoft AD infrastructures (Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Update, RDS, IIS)• Knowledge of networking principles (Switch, Firewall, VLAN)• Knowledge of virtualization systems• Ability to identify software and hardware problems and escalate them correctly to third-party providers (Problem Solving)• Basic knowledge of Linux systems
Key Skills Needed
• Scripting languages (e.g. Powershell)• SQL Server knowledge (Administration, TSQL)• Logistics and retail knowledge• ERP system knowledge• Experience with industrial label printers• Knowledge of Office365 ecosystem (Exchange, Sharepoint, etc.)
