RINA is currently recruiting for an IT Project Manager - Finance & Operations Projects to join its office in Genoa or Rome, Italy within the Global IT Function.
Mission
The ideal candidate will support RINA to govern the digital transformation plan from technical and development standpoints, mainly for Finance, ERP and data processes and systems.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and monitor IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that they meet the scope, quality, and budget requirements
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and senior management
- Manage project risks, issues, and changes, and implement appropriate mitigation and contingency plans
- Apply best practices and methodologies for project management, data analysis, and financial reporting
- Analyze and interpret data from various sources, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision making and problem solving
Requirements
- 5 years of proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with focus on Finance Projects
- Familiar with financial concepts and principles, such as accounting, budgeting, forecasting
- Strong knowledge and skills in project management tools, such as MS Project
- Advance knowledge of ERP processes and tools
- Knowledge of datamanagement and data governance frameworks
- Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, QLIK)
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
