It Process & Data Office-Bocconi Internship

We are looking for an intern for our Internship, IT Processes & Data Office, the team in charge of supporting Bocconi students/graduates during their internship experience, managing all the aspects that involve the legislative procedures and ensuring the perfect functioning of it. Some of the activities include:
• Managing the contacts with students and companies regarding all the aspects related to the internship experience;
• Supporting the operational activities during all the different phases of the internship (activation, monitoring and final evaluation);
• Organizing and taking part to the training activities addressed to all the students willing the do an internship;
• Supporting activities/projects of the team.
The internship opportunity is aimed at providing the intern with an excellent experience that will allow the person to deeply understand the logic of a service-oriented company, with a particular focus on supporting Bocconi students/graduates during their internship experience.
Requirements
• Graduated with a Master's Degree with an outstanding academic path;
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
• Curious to know how an higher education institution operates in the international education market;
• Soft skills: positive and enthusiastic with very good interpersonal and team working skills; analytical and critical thinking; hands-on approach; customer oriented; able to organize and manage the work timely and autonomously; self-starter with strong attention to detail.

We are offering a 6 months paid internship, starting from April 2024.
