Apply now for the position of Customer Service Engineer In Vitro for North-East of Italy.
Your role:
* Within the designated area (North East Italy) perform installation, configuration, maintenance and support on assigned hardware and software products (Middleware and Automation Software)
* Ensure complete execution of all preventive and reactive maintenance on the assigned software.
* Work with Project Management and Application Specialist to successfully implement complex solutions.
* Work within local Customer Service team to delight Customers.
* Report all activities into the ERP system to satisfy Complaint Handling processes.
* Interact with the Technical Solution Center and Regional Support Center to ensure proper resolution of the issues.
* Report in a timely manner all potential issue to the Dedicated Complaint Unit
* Comply with Health and safety, Environment and HR regulations.
Your expertise:
* Degree in Informatic Engineering, Computer Science or Software Engineering or equivalent working experience in Medical IT Company.
* Good knowledge of Laboratories Informatic Infrastructure
* Knowledge of Network System Design, IT Hardware, VPN software, Virtual Machine, Data Backup and Recovery, Software Diagnosis
* Willingness to travel within the assigned area and across North East Italy as needed
* Previous experience in Medical IT activities
* Team working attitude, proactive and able to take self-initiatives.
* Communication skills - make complex issues easy to understand.
* Fluent in English (written and verbally)
* Car License
* Resident between Bologna, Verona and Venezia area
