As an IT Infrastructure Tech Coordinator you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of the Technological Infrastructure : Manage and coordinate all activities related to the technological infrastructure, with particular attention to the following areas:
- Active Directory on-premises: Expertise in designing, implementing and managing Active Directory services on-premises
- Microsoft Azure or Entra ID: In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud solutions or corporate identity services such as Entra ID
- Virtualization Infrastructures (VMware): Experience in designing, implementing and managing VMware-based virtual infrastructures
- Mobile Device Management (MDM): Experience in the centralized and secure management of corporate mobile devices
- Process and Workflow Management : Analyze and optimize workflows and processes related to the technology infrastructure. Implement best practices to improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with different business units, including technical and non-technical departments, to understand needs and ensure consistency of business objectives. Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear and transparent communication
- Autonomous management of technology projects : Be responsible for the autonomous planning, execution and monitoring of projects related to technology infrastructure. Ensure compliance with timescales, budgets and objectives without constant supervision
- Supplier Relationship Management : Develop and maintain positive relationships with technology suppliers, particularly in the above-mentioned areas of expertise. Negotiation and evaluation of proposals to ensure the efficient provision of products and services
- Technical Support : Provide advanced technical support to resolve issues relating to the technological infrastructure. Work with IT staff to ensure a quick and effective response to reported issues
We would like you to have the following requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Expertise in managing technological infrastructures such as Active Directory, Azure/Entra ID, VMware and MDM
- Expertise in managing complex IT projects and coordinating team activities
- Skills in managing processes, workflows and stakeholders.
- Ability to manage projects autonomously and responsibly
- In-depth knowledge of operating systems, networks and hardware architectures
- Ability to solve complex problems and provide advanced technical support
- Excellent communication and team management skills
- Relevant IT certifications will be considered an advantage
