Mission
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the IT infrastructure and systems that support the business processes and functions of an organization
Key Accountabilities
- Manage and monitor the IT infrastructure, systems and cloud services, using various tools and methodologies
- Analyze and report on the IT operations metrics, such as availability, performance, capacity, and SLAs, and identify areas for improvement
- Implement and enforce IT policies, standards, best practices, such as backup, disaster recovery, security, and compliance, and ensure adherence to them
- Manage regular maintenance, upgrades, patches, and backups of the IT environments, and test and validate their functionality and reliability
- Investigate and troubleshoot any IT incidents or problems, and escalate them to the appropriate parties if needed
- Provide technical support and guidance to the end users and other IT staff, and document the IT operations activities
- Research and evaluate new technologies and solutions that can enhance the IT operations capabilities and performance
- Participate in cloud transformation projects, and migrate and integrate the IT environments to the cloud environment, such as Azure
- Work in an international environment, and communicate and collaborate with different teams, vendors, and stakeholders across the organization
Education
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT operations, preferably in a similar role
- A deep knowledge of IT operations domains, such as servers, networks, databases, applications, and cloud services, and their management and administration
- Good Knowledge of Cloud, Multi Cloud & Hybrid Infrastructure
- Proficient knowledge of Azure environment, and its services, tools, and platforms, such as Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Security Center, and Azure Active Directory
- Good knowledge of enterprise applications landscapes, such as ERP, CRM, BI, ETL and IPaaS, and their configuration, and integration
- Strong knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) and their configuration, and integration
- A solid knowledge of IT operations tools and methodologies, such as ITIL, ITSM, ITOM, ISO27001, and their implementation and application
- English C1 or higher
