Responsibilities
• Participate in gathering and understanding new business needs from stakeholders.• Analyze insurance processes and products to identify areas for improvement and IT solutions.• Evaluate feasibility of requested changes and mitigate potential risks.• Prepare detailed analysis of requirements and functional specifications for software development teams.• Support IT Project Manager in planning and estimating IT activities.• Verify and ensure functional correctness of processes and IT solutions and suggest innovative improvements.• Support IT Project Manager in communication flows with different stakeholders.• Participate in or coordinate testing phase of projects to ensure final project meets requirements.• Experience: 5 years with 1-2 years in insurance IT projects as a functional analyst, test manager, or IT stream leader.• Degree in economics, management engineering, or computer science preferred.• Skills required: knowledge of insurance sector (elementary non-motor, preferably Health), analytical and critical thinking, autonomy in flow analysis, teamwork, problem solving, planning and organization, fluent English.
