Requisiti formativi:
* Neolaureato/a in materie scientifiche incluse CTF, Farmacia, Scienze Biologiche, Biotecnologie e affini;
Altri requisiti:
* Buona conoscenza dell'inglese;
* Conoscenza della lingua locale (italiano);
* Buone conoscenze informatiche, con particolare riferimento a Microsoft Power Point, Excel in particolare;
* Dimostrare mindset orientato al problem solving e continuous improvement;
* Capacit? di lavorare con team e networks di diverse funzioni aziendali;
* Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio;
* Senso di responsabilit? e orientamento ai risultati;
* Capacit? di lavorare in modo proattivo;

Cosa farai?
Contesto
La risorsa entrer? a far parte dell' area Investigation & Process Improvement di produzione che si occupa della gestione delle deviazioni qualitative dei reparti produttivi e relativa indagine. Attraverso l'affiancamento del tutor aziendale, la risorsa sar? guidata nel recupero di dati ed informazioni utili per le investigation, nell'organizzazione dei meeting di indagine e nella gestione delle KPI del processo di gestione investigation. Lo/la stagista collaborer? con gli specialisti del team e con gli SME di tutte le aree aziendali e acquisir? le principali tecniche di indagine (RCA, DMAIC) in utilizzo per la gestione delle deviazioni.
Obiettivi e modalit? di svolgimento:
* Utilizzo dei sistemi di raccolta dati e documentazione di site
* Elaborazione dati/trend, stesura grafici excel e presentazioni power point
* Organizzazione e partecipazione ai meeting di indagine
Competenze da sviluppare:
* Investigation tools (RCA, DMAIC ecc)
* Sistema GPS
* il lavoro interdiscliplinare e la coordinazione tra diversi dipartimenti in un contesto aziendale reale.
