Your Tasks and Educational Objectives:

• Contracts life cycle management – how to manage a contract from a contract request to its signature and archiving, using technologic platforms. Practice on this;
• Writing/reading contracts – learn about how to draft and how to interpret international commercial contracts and other kind of contracts related to the company’s business. Practice on this;
• Legal compliance matters – learn about how to develop and manage a Data Protection management system and a 231 Model according to the 231 D. Lgs. (“Responsabilità amministrativa degli enti”).

Requirements

• Degree in Law (both 3 year or master degree are accepted)
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken
• Windows and MS Office knowledge
