Internship - Financial Accounting

Job summary
Medici Senza Frontiere (MSF) is an independent medical-humanitarian organization.MSF provides assistance to populations affected by conflicts, epidemics, natural disasters, or excluded from healthcare.The internship will be in the Administration and Finance sector of MSF Italy.
Job seniority: entry level
Responsibilities
• Assisting with the administrative and financial activities of MSF.• Managing the accounting of invoices and expenses.• Supporting the travel activities and managing the digital archive.• Updating records and files related to suppliers.• Working closely with the internal tutor and following their guidance.
Requirements
• Studying a relevant field.• Basic knowledge of general accounting and financial processes.• Proficient in Office 365, especially Excel.• Fluent in Italian (C1) and good knowledge of English (B2).• Strong organizational and planning skills.• Ability to work in a team, with attention to detail and precision.• Motivation towards humanitarian issues and MSF principles.
Key Skills Needed
