MittelCo S.r.l. is an Italian company located in Gorizia with 30 years of experience in the international distribution of premium Italian brands (FMCG) in the Adriatic Region and Italy.

We are seeking for an experienced and highly motivated International Sales Manager to join our team and develop our business. As International Sales Manager you will work with local distributors and you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the execution of sales and marketing strategies to drive growth in the Countries of Adriatic Region.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan, that is consistent with corporate goals, so as to achieve target sales volumes and revenue objectives
  • Identify and leverage business opportunities in the assigned territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers and distributors
  • Analyse market trends and customer needs in order to identify growth opportunities and develop market expansion strategies
  • Plan and coordinate sales and marketing activities, such as promotions, advertising, trade shows, and other events
  • Work closely with the local team to optimize sales channel performance, inventory levels, and product placement
  • Regularly analyze sales performance and provide insights to senior management
  • Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and participate in contract negotiations
  • Coordinate customer service support and resolve any issues with professional and timely communication

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales and management experience in an international business environment in FMCG and FOOD industry
  • Proven record in achieving and exceeding sales targets, managing P&L and driving market growth
  • Experience in managing the distribution network
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer focus and strong collaboration with the cross-functional team
  • Fluency in English, Serbian language, and Croatian language; Italian language is a plus
  • Strong capabilities in strategic thinking, planning, problem-solving and decision making
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
  • Willingness to travel as needed domestically and internationally
