Requirements:

• 7 years experience relevant auditing experience
• Internal Auditing experience (vs. external) is critical experience Auditing in their space
  What does this mean: they are NOT a Financial audit shop do not work with numbers and financials they are Care Delivery need experience auditing workflows processes methodology etc.
• Healthcare experience highly desired; talent MUST have the internal auditing experience she will consider folks without Healthcare exp. But was candid they will be washed out if she sees talent with it; with our Heads Up we should focus in on Healthcare Internal Auditing
• MS Office proficiency required Visio is a nice to have
• Audit Methodology experience; open to types but should be able to speak to methodologies used

Good To Know

HM sits within internal audit services program wide departments
anyone from any KP market can technically fall under their workstream
they are focused on care delivery audits this role will work at a sr. staff level
internal audit and audit methodologies are important for success
INTERNAL audit experience specifically is needed external tends to be more numbers focused as well as not as politicallynuanced to navigate internally
If we are vetting people and asking what they audit and its all financial and numbers wrong type of auditor seeking folks who audit process/workflow/delivery
