Job description
- Review Reply and issue all types of documentation such as RFI NCR SR Method of Statement Shop drawings material submittals and prequalification documents.
- Resolve and advise all aspect of architectural quality issues and discussed in the technical meeting.
- Responsible for prehandover site review & approval & snag review and inspection & review check all items are covered prior to TOC handing over.
- Assists Design Manager in review and selection of architectural materials & material submittals & Issue all contract documentation as per design intent.
- Review of As Built drawings and Manuals scrutinized each item matching with site finish installed items and as per approved inline related documents.
- Review Architectural drawings and details submitted by the Contractors to ensure completeness correctness and compliance with the scope of work and as per contract.
- Liaise Resident Engineer /Site Project Manager with regards with documentations correspondence reply to letter of clients updating information of the project status and arising issues of the project.
- Review and approved submittals of materials shop drawing methods statement & details from contractors.
- Manage and liaise Contractors to ensure quality workmanship comply with design specifications & details.
- Responsible for mock up review and inspection prior to approval by designer and client.
- Involved in Interior Design and Finishing for snagging inspection approval and document each item.
Profile
Masters or Bachelors Degree in ID or related fields
Registrations/Certifications required:
Add on: NCDIQ (National Council for Interior Design Qualification) / LEED or equivalent
