AXA Partners Mexico is seeking for an Intercompany and Financial Analyst.
It is the main link of Mexico AXA Assistance with the main clients and partners abroad, as well as being responsible for maintaining a strong and solid relationship with them through the delivery and exchange of financial information in a timely, reliable and transparent manner. He/She is responsible for planning and monitoring the budget, analyzing and explaining the main variations in detail, and complying with delivery times. He/She is also responsible for keeping reconciliated the receivables and payables accounts with the intercompanies (IC), negotiating with them the balances to keep clear accounts and up to day, and interacting dynamically with internal areas to ensure compliance with the KPIs.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyzes the income from international contracts on a monthly basis and monitors their recovery in a timely manner.
- Analyzes the expense for international contracts on a monthly basis and monitors their payment in a timely manner.
- Carries out monthly reconciliations with its main clients abroad, as well as with the Financial Operations and Accounting area of a client; and explain differences.
- Detects areas of opportunity in current processes and contributes to the improvement and standardization of internal processes.
- Analyzes the calculation of commissions and beneficial participation of the main clients.
- Participates in the preparation of budgets and forecasts on demand, performing P&L analysis.
- Participates in the preparation of the P&L for Mexico Assistance entities (ATI).
- Analyzes deviations on budget/forecast, and report them through out an IC dashboard.
- Elaborates and maintains the mapping of procedures.
- Participates in projects implementation.
- Support the Financial Planning team in other activities in the area.
- Being proactive, open to change and generates proposals for the automation of its own processes.
- Being a Financial Business Partner within the company that provides support and advice to its main clients.
Your Profile
Education, professional qualifications and experience:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administrative areas.
Advanced and conversational English.
Microsoft Office package. Advanced excel.
2 years of experience in Finance.
Preferred experience, not conditional, in the insurance sector.
