  • Coordinateand maintain good relationships with Branch Manager or Relation Manager of thebanks allocated in order to support performance and Bancassurance growth.
  • Prepareproduction report in daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Coordinatewith Claims Team for claims settlements.
  • PerformCustomer Centricity by attentiveness, reliability and availability to customer,in line with current AXA pillar.
  • Perform compliance by ensure that regulatoryrequirements are meet policy and procedures

Your Profile
  • Completionof min Diploma III or bachelor degree above from any discipline.
  • Minimum2+ years’ experience at current position in insurance company
  • Excellencecommunication skills and group facilitation skills, and having ability to writeand deliver training courses and material.
  • Goodanalytical and problem solving skills, Creative, Innovative, and CustomerService Excellence.
  • Goodteam leadership and time management.
  • Appliesgood knowledge of general insurance product (retail and commercial business).
  • Highlevel of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency andresults-orientation.
  • Appliesgood knowledge in marketing media/technologies.
  • Goodcommand in English.
