• Provide home care assistance in the bassa bergamasca area• Ensure the well-being and comfort of patients• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required• Maintain accurate patient records• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans• Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols• Attend training and professional development activities as required• Adhere to professional standards and ethical guidelines• Provide emotional support to patients and their families• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements
• Degree or qualification in Nursing Sciences• Registration with the OPI (Order of Nurses)• Less than 1 year of experience• Valid driver's license and access to a car
