• Assisting injured, sick, convalescent, and disabled patients during medical visits and therapies• Administering prescribed treatments• Monitoring patient health and progress of treatments• Analyzing physical, psychological, and social needs of each patient• Planning and managing nursing care interventions based on identified needs• Collecting samples for medical analysis• Educating patients on proper treatment maintenance• Mediating between doctor, patient, and family members• Providing psychological support and information to patients and their families• Organizing the work of support staff
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in nursing• Professional registration• Previous experience in geriatrics (preferred but not essential)• Own transportation or located in the area• Immediate availability or short notice
