We are looking for a passionate and engaged Indirect Purchasing Intern to join our Indirect Purchasing team in out Global HQ in Milan.
MAIN ACTIVITIES:
In this role, you will support the team in the following activities:
* Maintaining constant contact with external suppliers to assist them in contract and documentation processes;
* Collaborating with internal company functions (administration, legal, finance) to ensure contract finalization and payments;
* Collecting tax and contractual documentation from suppliers and uploading them onto company systems (Jaggaer);
* Assisting company users in the purchase order process (SAP Ariba): issuing orders, monitoring order status and progress;
* Verifying or monitoring delivery shipments, payment checks, etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
* Bachelor/Master Degree in Economics;
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
* Professional use of Italian and English;
* Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
