Responsibilities
• Inserimento ordini clienti (Customer order management)• Gestione corrispondenza dei corrieri per le pratiche di sdoganamento (Management of courier correspondence for customs procedures)• Assistenza logistica al reparto commerciale (Logistical support to the sales department)• Customer service per i clienti (Customer service for clients)• Utilizzo del CRM (CRM usage)
Requirements
• Esperienza maturata in analogo ruolo (Experience in a similar role)• Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese per interfacciarsi con i fornitori esteri (Good knowledge of English to interact with foreign suppliers)• Utilizzo del pacchetto Office (Proficiency in Microsoft Office)
