• Greeting and welcoming visitors, clients, and suppliers• Using the management system to schedule appointments• Ensuring a smooth flow of operations in the reception area• Providing information and assistance to visitors• Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor• Handling phone calls and directing them appropriately• Assisting with administrative tasks as needed• Coordinating with other departments for visitor management• Keeping track of appointments and managing the agenda• Maintaining a clean and organized reception area
Requirements
• High school diploma required• Basic computer skills including data entry• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills• Customer service-oriented• Ability to multitask and handle pressure• Organizational and time management abilities• Professional appearance and manners• Fluency in Italian (spoken and written)• Knowledge of the fashion industry is a plus• Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
