A permanent position as a Technical Post Sales employee in the HVAC sectorResponsibilities include providing remote technical assistance and support to clients, distributors, and service centersOccasional travel required for on-site problem resolution

Responsibilities
• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone• Provide telephone support to service centers• Verify and analyze technical intervention reports• Assist in product training for technicians and clients• Prepare troubleshooting guides• Occasional travel to support service technicians
Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a refrigeration technician, service technician, or in a post-sales technical role• Knowledge of refrigeration circuits and components• Practical or theoretical understanding of repair/intervention techniques• Understanding of electrical and hydraulic diagrams• Familiarity with market-standard conditioning controllers• Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite• Good command of English is preferred
