In Job S.p.A. - Career Center in Verona is looking for
ADMINISTRATIVE ACCOUNTING CLERK
for a company operating in the metalworking sector
- Tasks:
- - Managing active invoicing (issuing delivery notes, sales invoices, service invoices, advance invoices, credit notes, and sending them to SDI, etc.) both in Italy and abroad,
- - Handling Shipments Italy/Abroad (compiling shipping documents, certificates of origin, preparing packing lists, checking MRN, liaising with carriers for customer shipments and supplier pickup shipments),
- - General accounting (updating daily deadline reports, recording receipts and payments, online banking),
- - Managing passive invoicing.
Requirements:
- - Educational background in economic subjects,
- - Excellent knowledge of accounting,
- - Precision, reliability, deadline management and organization skills,
- - Immediate availability.
