Responsibilities
• Handle secretarial tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and document management.• Perform data entry and ensure accurate record-keeping.• Manage billing processes and ensure timely and accurate invoicing.• Maintain and organize company records and archives.• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.• Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
• Previous experience in administrative or clerical roles is preferred.• Strong proficiency in data entry and record-keeping.• Excellent communication and organizational skills.• Good knowledge of English and a second language is desirable.• Proficiency in using office software such as MS Office.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.• Flexibility and willingness to take on additional responsibilities when needed.
