The International Graduate Program I’M IN is addressed to newly Graduates interested in pursuing a brilliant career in Finance within the Group.
Scope and Purpose
The selected candidates will be hired at the Milan and London offices with a permanent contract, within a well structured programme that includes three job rotations of six months each to be carried out between Milan HQ and the international branches.
At the end of the 18-month rotations, the program offers two different career outlets within the Corporate Division: in the Advisory & ESG or inthe Global Markets Areas.
Advisory & ESG focuses on coverage and Investment Banking, debt and structed solutions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the calculation of the financial impact of an acquisition or sale, as well as modelling how the deal would impact a client's performance.
Moreover, you will actively participate in business development (in terms of strategy, offer, new models), analyse business model of relevant Companies, and develop the skills to evaluate needs, requirements, and extraordinary operations to propose to Companies.
Global Markets: You will delve into the world of financial markets, coming into contact with products and services typical of Capital Markets and asset financing, cultivating a culture of risk management and compliance with current legislation.
You will work on live deals and deal proposals, learn how to put together new business presentations and discover the art of executing transactions.
Required Qualifications, Skills and Knowledge
We are seeking outstanding recent graduates in economic-financial OR quantitative disciplines (Statistics/Mathematics/Mathematical Engineering/Physics), willing to start a challenging, dynamic ad international career path in Corporate & Investment Banking.
Excellent profiles required:
- excellent academic/university path completed maximum two years ago
- availability for international mobility
- English language proficiency as a prerequisite and excellent knowledge of a second language of interest to IMI CIB (Italian, Spanish, French, Arabic, …)
It will be considered as a plus:
- previous work/internship experience
- knowledge in ESG (technical knowledge of ESG criteria and financial instrument taxonomy issues)
- familiarity with programming languages (e.g. R, Matlab, Stata, Python, Bloomberg,etc.)
