We are looking for a passionate talent to build a global brand.
The candidate will join the team in Marghera (VE).
Main responsabilities
* Registration of contracts of goods or services in SAP management software
* Registration of purchase orders, contract documentation and related milestones in SAP
* Monitoring of contractual payment deadlines (e.g., invoice payment deadlines, expiration of supply contracts, etc.).
* Collaboration with the ICT team to verify the achievement of contractual milestones
* Registration of goods receipts in SAP
* Supporting management in monthly reporting (status of purchases against budget).
Key requirements
* Economic background - high school diploma/graduate degree
* Good knowledge of the main applications: Office
* Excellent knowledge of written and spoken Italian (least level C1) and English (at least level B2)
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility and collaboration, accuracy and attention to detail,
