HSE Specialist
Our customer is a large and prestigious multinational Industrial Group, operating in the automotive sector. With a view to a natural internal turnover and to the strengthening of its structure, it has commissioned us to select an ASPP - Health & Safety Specialist
Your New Role
The resource reporting hierarchically to the RSPP, will contribute in investigating and analyzing potential HSE issues, in accordance to regional, national, divisional and corporate guidelines, law and on-going technical developments, in order to prepare Risk Assessment Document (DVR). He/she will conduct Internal Inspection process on H&S, providing direct assistance for action planning definition and identifying Personal Protection Devices suitable for the performance of the working activities. He/She collaborates with RSPP for the implementativo of the System, knowing and following the implications of new regulations that are applicable at Company level with regard to Health, Safety and Environmental affairs. By investigating process in case of near misses and incident/accidents, He/She will promote incident prevention and foster overall Safety-oriented mindset, to remove of hazards, potential risk factors, non-conformances and cultural resistances. He/she will elaborate H&S policies, Environmental procedures to promote a Compliance-based safety Culture by monitor and audit HSE activities, procedures, and guidelines in line with applicable procedures and legal requirements.
He/she will also support the site to maintain ISO14001 and ISO45001 certifications and provide to HSE Officer all KPI by data collection to interface with external auditors (Certifications) and local Authorities (support in Third Party’s audits). He/she will maintain any required qualifications in order to continue to perform as H&S officer as First and Second Party auditor.
What You Should Have To Success
The ideal candidate has skills in organizational analysis and programming, within HSE, with an in-depth knowledge of Environment and Security laws and regulations and management systems. He/she has got a Degree in Chemical/Environmental/Chemistry or Biological Engineering; Qualification as ASPP with module A and B. It is required a minimum of 3 years experience in automotive industries or molding/chemical companies
It is also required a good knowledge of English.
