Responsibilities
• Manage RWS HR VP cadence of meetings• Communicate and align with Corporate and global/regional HR• Project manage RWS People roadmap initiatives• Cascade global initiatives and manage change implications for RWS• Manage reporting and big data analysis• Prepare presentation material for HR and business meetings• Coordinate and prepare HR part and analytics for Operating Reviews• Contribute to HR Excellence initiatives• Drive RWS People Engagement & Communications strategy• Lead special projects when capacity allows
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent• Minimum of 5 years working experience• Demonstrated HR processes or consulting experience• Strong quantitative and analytical skills• Fluency in written and spoken English• Proficiency in MS Office applications
