Responsibilities
• Recruitment planning and strategy• CV screening and managing selection process• Candidate relationship management• Writing job descriptions aligned with department needs• Developing employer branding strategies• Supporting administrative activities related to attendance and contract drafting
Requirements
• Degree in Psychology, Philosophy, or HR-related field with a grade above 105/110• At least 1 year of experience in the role• Excellent proficiency in Office package, especially Excel• Excellent knowledge of English• Preferred qualifications: Master's degree and knowledge of Teamtailor and Zucchetti applications
